Evolving from a transient, algorithm-driven viral audience into a loyal cross-platform community. The strategy builds deeper emotional connection so viewers choose to spend time with Dom regularly - not just when a stunt trends. This transition supports a more mature, brand-aligned and commercially valuable demographic.
The strategic shift
We redesigned Dom’s content ecosystem across YouTube, Instagram and podcast and television appearances to prioritise personality, perspective and narrative continuity. Instagram moves from highlight reel to brand platform. YouTube becomes a space for reflection, philosophy, process and challenge - creating intimacy and recognisability rather than spectacle alone.
Commercial engine
